On Friday last, we officially launched Chatify, our new live chat app. For existing Pubble live chat users, Chatify is the new version and you are welcome to upgrade free of charge.  Please note that, on Sunday, March 31st 2019, we will be switching all Pubble Live Chat users over to Chatify.

If you want to upgrade before March 31st, you can do this from your existing dashboard. There are 2 ways to update your dashboard. If you are logged in, click the “Settings” icon on the bottom left and then choose the upgrade option.

If you are not logged in, when you log in the next time, you will get an option to upgrade from a splash screen:
